Every Noctis order is roasted fresh after you place it. That means your coffee ships at peak freshness — not from a warehouse shelf.

Roasting & processing time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be roasted, packaged, and prepared for shipment. Orders placed Thursday–Sunday may ship the following Monday.

Domestic shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $45

Tracking information is emailed automatically once your order ships.

International shipping

  • Available to most countries worldwide
  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country
  • Noctis is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once dispatched.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website or through your Noctis account.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package appears lost or has not moved in tracking for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 30 days (international), contact us at contact.noctiscoffee@gmail.com and we'll investigate and resolve it.
